CONV. ( ) Modes
NOTES:
• Convection forces more air to circulate in Oven, so food will cook
faster than BAKE mode.
• When in CONV. mode, reduce cooking time by 15% or reduce
temperature by 25°F.

Turn Function Dial to BAKE, ROAST, or CONV.
2.
Select temperature and time.
3.
Press START/STOP Button once to start timer countdown.
WARM ( ) Mode
Use to keep already cooked foods warm for up to 2 hours, with
Oven Rack in Rack Position 3 or 4.

Select temperature and time.
3.
Press START/STOP Button once to start timer countdown.
BROIL ( ) Mode
• Use to brown foods such as beef, chicken, fish, pork, and
casseroles.
• Insert Pan in Oven Rack positioned under food to catch any
drippings.
• Food must be a minimum of 1 inch (2.5 cm) from heating
elements.
• BROIL mode activates top heating element and is great when
toasting is required on one side only. When desired browning is
reached, breads can be flipped to brown on other side.
Tip: Use BROIL mode for toasting breads. Due to variations in
moisture, thickness, and ingredients of breads, time will vary when
toasting. Check bread often to ensure preferred doneness.

Turn Function Dial to BROIL. "HI" shows in display.

Select time.
3.
Press START/STOP Button once to start timer countdown.
Special feature allows door to remain open slightly during broiling
without shutting off.
NOTE: BROIL temperature cannot be adjusted.
When using 2 Oven Racks: For
best results, when cooking two
foods.

Place Oven Racks in
positions 2 and 4. "HI"
shows in display.
2.
Preheat oven, and then
place food on left side of
position 2.
3.
Place second food on right
side of position 4.
4.
Foods must be switched
after about 65% selected
cooking time.
