11.1) Ignition of MF 1 oven
FIRST STARTING
Be sure that there are not foreign bodies in the baking chamber, start electric tension by a possible cut-out switch.
Turn the ingition switch (A4), let the thermostat (A2) reach a 400°C temperature and keep it approximately two/three
hours, in order to eliminate a refractory surface moisture.
FIRST PROCESSING
Turn the ignition switch (A4), let the thermostat (A2) reach the wished temperature, the thermostat pilot lamp (A1) lights
up, when the wished temperature is reached in the chamber, the pilot lamp goes out. If the user intends to disconnect
the lower resistance due to economy reasons or to utilize the gratinating chamber, press the switch to cut out the lower
resistance (A5).
WARNING
Since the oven id equipped with a safety thermostat, the latter completely cuts out the resistances in case of troubles.
In this case, disconnect the oven from the power supply network, disconnecting the cut-out switch. Then, contact the
technical service.
CLEANING OF THE OVEN
See chapter 9.6.
No need of particular maintenance, but the equipment should be checked by skilled personnel, every four years.
