Assembly

Uncoated metal machine parts have been insulated with a greasy layer to inhibit corrosion.

This layer has to be removed. You can use standard solvents that do not damage the machine
surface..
Mount the handle and the handle knop like showing in the below pictures.

Mount the back fence like showing in the below pictures

Mount the machine by driving the 4 mounting bolts through the mounting holes into your

workbench
Lubricate all moving parts lightly.


Operation

Basically the machine is supplied ready for use. To
optimize the function of machine maybe some
adjustments has to be done.
To make the use easy and precise adjust screw (2) so
that the exerted needed force is adequate.
In the cutting operation of the machine the sheet will be
clamped between the table and the downholder. The
downholder can be set with the adjustment (1) to the
required sheet thickness on both sides of the machine
