1.- Place the appliance more than 20 cm away from any surface and every article which is
sensitive to heat.
2.- Undo the lead firmly plug in, first to the appliance and then to electricity socket.
3.- Select the ideal temperature depending on the type of crêpes you want to make, using the
temperature regulator (6). The heating indicator light (5) will light up when the crêpe-maker
is ready to use.
4.- Lightly moisten a cotton cloth with oil and apply to the entire non-stick surface (3) evenly.
5.- Fill a ladle and pour the entire mixture over the plate without spreading it, and then
immediately turn the roller (2) clockwise. The first turn should be made in four seconds.
Continue turning the roller until it has spread the entire mixture.
6.- Let the crêpe cook for a few seconds before turning it over.
7.- Slide the spatula under the edge of the crêpe. Gently turn the wrist and lift the pancake, turn
quickly to avoid burning. Cook the other side of the crêpe and remove it once it is ready.
