5. ELECTRICAL WIRING

Caution:
•
Make sure that the voltage (V), frequency (Hz) and phase (PH) are in accordance with the labelled
voltage (V), frequency (Hz) and phase (PH).
•
The pump must be correctly earthed and protected against leakage.
•
The wiring must meet the current requirements.
•
Ensure correct electrical circuit.
6. STARTING, OPERATING AND STOPPING THE PUMP
Caution:
•
Dry operation is prohibited to avoid burning the mechanical seal.
•
It must be turned freely through the fan cover by means of a screwdriver.
•
When starting the pump, the clockwise rotation of the fan must be visible.
•
Fill the pump with water from the discharge valve.
•
Start the pump and set the delivery pressure to the required pressure.
•
Close the delivery valve before the pump stops.
7. MAINTENANCE
Warning:
•
It is strictly forbidden to start the pump frequently, the switch must be opened when the power is
cut off.
•
It is not allowed to use the suction valve to adjust the flow rate.
•
When the water is insufficient, the engine must be stopped.
•
If there is any abnormal noise, please stop the motor and check.
•
If the pump is used for long periods or low temperatures, the water must be drained to avoid dama-
ge to the pump body such as freezing.
