MAINTENANCE
• Unscrew and remove the oil level dipstick again and check that the
engine oil level is guaranteed between the two reference marks:
MAX = maximum level.
MIN = minimum level
•
The oil level is correct when it is close to the" MAX" reference.
•
Otherwise, fill in until the indicated level.
Engine oil topping-up
CAUTION
Do not go beyond the" MAX" and below the "MIN" level mark to avoid
severe engine damage.
Fill with engine oil as required:
•
Unscrew and remove the oil level dipstick (1).
•
Add the engine oil in the crankcase until you reach the correct level.
When using a funnel or any other element, make sure it is perfectly clean.
CAUTION
•
Do not add additives or other substances to the oil.
•
Use engine oil with the specifications recommended on the
product table given at the end of this owner's manual.
