On charge or service operation the battery must have at least 3V to enable the
charger to start.
The quality of output voltage and current of a charger is very important. Undesired
variations and ripples lead to warming up and to wear the positive terminal.

The charger must be protected from strong pollution, liquid and moisture.
Cause this may damage the internal electronics.
The charger is maintenance free. If the cables or parts are damaged they must be
replaced. The housing can only be cleaned with dry cloth. Don't use any liquid, or
conductive materials. Before cleaning disconnect the AC Supply and battery cables.
