TAKING YOUR MEASUREMENT
4. When the measurement is complete, your blood pressure and
pulse reading results will show on the display screen at the same
time.
5. The Hypertension Indicator on the left side of the display will
indicate Normal, Mild, Moderate or Severe. See page 17 for
information regarding interpreting the Hypertension Indicator
results.
6. If an irregular heartbeat was detected during the reading, the
Irregular Heartbeat Detector indicator will appear flashing on the
display, Fig 5. See page 16 for more information on the Irregular
Heartbeat Detector feature.
7. The reading will automatically be stored in memory, up to 60
readings.
8. Select START to turn the unit off and conserve energy and
battery life. The unit will automatically shut-off after
approximately 1 minute.
YOU CAN STOP THE INFLATION OR DEFLATION
PROCESS AT ANY TIME BY PRESSING THE STOP
BUTTON.
