ASSEMBLY
LUMINAIRES
Turn the electricity off at the
mains and follow the
instructions given below.
The biSio family consists of ready-to-mount
luminaires requiring the preparation of holes of
different diameters only. The holes required for
the various versions are as follows:
100 mm dia., 130 mm dia. and 195 mm dia., as
shown on the product label
The line is divided into two categories, with or
without in-view bezel.
MODELS WITHOUT BEZEL
The lamp bezel provided can be used to install
the luminaires in false ceilings 12.5 mm thick
(fig. 1). By eliminating the side fins using pliers
or similar (fig. 2), the bezel can also be used for
15 mm thick false ceilings.
In versions with 195 mm dia. hole only, by tur-
ning the bezel over it can also be used for 9 mm
thick false ceilings (fig. 3).
For false ceilings between these thicknesses,

After inserting the bezel into the recess (fig. 4),
fix in place using the screws provided.
After mounting the bezel, finish the recess with
plaster and smooth perfectly around the hole
(fig. 5).
MODELS WITH 100 mm dia. BEZEL
To mount, bend the supporting springs slightly
(fig. 6), insert the bezel into the recess and rota-
te a quarter of a turn in the direction of the arrow

(fig. 7) to ensure it grips perfectly.
MODELS WITH 130 mm and 195 mm dia. BEZEL
To assemble/disassemble the bezel, turn the
spring clipwards with the help of a screwdriver
or similar inserted between the spring and the
pin (fig. 8

) and press on the spring with the fingers
until it no longer clicks (fig. 9

After mounting the bezel, wire up (see general
notes) then fix the clamp bracket to the heat
shield (fig. 10).
IMPORTANT: To wire up class two luminaires,
use double insulated wires. Alternatively, pro-
tect the wires with the sheath provided and fix it
with cable collars (fig. 11). After connecting,
cover the terminals with the cable gland.
After wiring to the mains electricity supply,
insert the luminaire into the bezel, pressing
lightly (fig. 12). When you hear the characteristic
"clack", the supporting spring and bezel are
fixed together.
