Lobster Tails with Lemon Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
2 lobster tails
1 lemon, juiced
3 cups mayonnaise
3 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
2 tbl capers, coarsely chopped
¼ cup chopped flat – leaf parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Method:
1. Fill water reservoir to MAX.
2. Place the lobster tails into the steamer basket (I) and cover with lid.
3. Set timer to 22 minutes.
4. Once the lobster tails are done, transfer them to a serving bowl and cool to
room temperature.
5. In a small bowl mix the salt, pepper, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, capers
and parsley.
6. Once the lobster tails are cold, cracking open them and serve with the lemon
mayonnaise as a dipping sauce.
