Steamer Lid: To be placed on the upper-most steamer basket while in the
unit is in use. Keeps steam circulating inside and allows some excess steam
to escape.

Steamer Baskets: Main cooking containers with removable bases (separators)
that allow for flexibility in space distribution while cooking several dishes at
once. Food can be placed directly into these steamer baskets, making sure
not to cover all the holes on the bottom of the tray in order to allow steam can
rise from the base of the steamer and circulate around the food.

Rice Cooking Bowl: Use this bowl to steam any kind of rice, grains or any
smaller foods such as shelled peas or corn. Can be placed for use inside any
of the 3 steamer baskets.

Separators: The separators have holes that allow steam to flow and surround
the food. They also feature larger holes that can be used to hold eggs upright
for steaming.
•
Steamer Base with Water Reservoir Includes:
– Water Level Window: Allows easy monitoring of the water level during
operation and refill.
– ON/OFF Button: Press this button to start the Electric Steamer or to turn it
completely off once you have finished cooking and before cleaning
– SET Button: This button allows you to confirm the final selection of either
the cooking time or the delay-start time.
– External Water Refill Spout: You may refill the container with water through
the spouts on either side of the Electric Steamer. You may do this when the
unit is turned off as well as while it is operating.
– Drip Tray: Catches steam condensation and prevents drips from flowing
back into the water container.
– Heating Element: Located inside of the steamer base, this element heats
the water in the water reservoir and generates heat.
WARNING: The heating element will be very hot after cooking, do not touch it.
