Connection kit

The collector connections are equipped as standard with an O-ring gasket 19x1.8.
The probe holder outlet of the air-purging valve is equipped as standard with an O-ring gasket 3x3.
To connect only one collector use the PSKITHWF00 kit.
To realize a serie of two ore more collectors use 1 PSKITHWF00 kit and n-1 PSKITHWF01 kit (where n in the number of collectors).

4.10. System start-up

4.10.1. System cleaning and filling

For safety reasons the system cleaning and filling operations must be carried out at cold system, possibly
during the first hours in the morning and covering the collectors.

This prevents both collectors and filling fluid from overheating.
In the areas with high risk of frost use a solar fluid with freezing temperature below the minimum temperature that can be reached in such
areas.
The power solar system must be filled and started-up within a week from its assembly because with empty systems the flat seals could
be damaged due to the heat generated inside the collectors.
If that is not possible, the flat seals should be replaced before start-up to avoid sealing problems.
To fill-in the system exclusively use solar fluid supplied by the collector manufacturer.

The system test under pressure can be carried out with compressed air and leak detection gas.
