WARRANTY TERMS & POLICY - Genius
Ultradent Products, Inc. warrants products against defects in material or workmanship, as follows:
For a limited period from the original date of purchase, Ultradent Products, Inc. will pay for labor and parts to repair the
defective product. After this period, customer must pay all labor and parts charges. Shipping of the product to Ultradent
Products, Inc. is the responsibility of the customer/dealer. Return shipping cost of non-warranty repair is the customers'
responsibility. Ultradent Products, Inc. will pay for return shipping charges of repaired items under warranty.
ANY TAMPERING, MISUSE OR ABUSE VOIDS THESE WARRANTIES

Warranties are honored only if unit/accessories are returned to Ultradent Products, Inc. securely packaged, with prepaid
freight/postage, brokerage and customer fees. Except for express warranties contained herein, no other warranties, express,
implied, statutory, or otherwise (including, without limitation, implied warranties for a particular purpose adequacy and
merchantability), shall apply to the products or any other services performed by Ultradent Products, Inc. or its affiliates. All
such warranties are hereby disclaimed.
We recommend to retain the original invoice as the right to rely on customer computer records in order to establish the date of
purchase.
This warranty gives the customer specific legal rights as well as other rights that may vary from state to state.
