Chassis
3.7 Check that the wheel in locked in position and can not come off by pulling it, also check that the wheel can rotate
around its axis
WARNING Always check that the wheel is firmly fixed and can not be pulled from the chassis
WARNING Avoid driving over sharp objects or surfaces eg. glass or the tyre can be punctured
WARNING To achieve optimum handling and to avoid punctures, air pressure should be correct.
Pleace check the air pressure at regular intervals (see marking on the tyre)
3.8 Repeat 3.1-3.7 on opposite side
3.9 Pull the brake handle and push the pram forward to check that the brakesystem brakes both backwheels
WARNING Always check that the pram brakes both backwheels correctly

Assembly of the Seat Unit on the Chassis

4.1 The fastening of the Seat Unit is placed in the centre of the pram shown in picture
4.2 Lift both fastenings upwards
4.3 Check that both of the fastenings locks in position with a "click"
WARNING Ensure that children are kept away from all moving parts of the pram to avoid risk of injury

Assembly of Tray/Basket

5.1 Picture show the four (4) fastening points of the tray/basket
5.2 Position the tray/basket as picture shows
5.3 Put the four (4) fastenting point through the holes in the tray/basket
5.4 The six (6) straps goes around the pram frame and is fastened with a button as in picture 5.5
5.6 Check that the tray/basket is correctly mounted
WARNING The tray/basket has a maximum weight limit of 5kg. Heavy items should be placed in the centre
of the tray/basket

Safety leash

6.1 Put the safety leash around the wrist and fasten it so it can not fall off
WARNING Always use the safety leash
WARNING Never park the pram on a slope
WARNING Never let go of the handle of the NXT Challenge
6.2 Pull the brakehandle to use the brake
6.3 Activate the parking brake by pushing the switch upwards as in picture
WARNING Never leave the child unattended in the pram without engaging the brake
WARNING The brake should always be applied when you lift your child in or out of the pram WARNING Never park the pram on a slope
WARNING Always check that the pram is properly parked
6.4 The parking brake is activated when the switch has clicked into the upper position
6.5 Pull the handlebrake hard to release the parking brake
WARNING Always check that the safety leash is properly mounted before the parking brake is released
WARNING Always use the safety leash
WARNING Never let go of the handle of the NXT Challenge
6.6 When you pull off the safety leash, completely, the parkingbrake automatically brakes
6.7 The safety leash must be put back if it has been pulled out of place
6.8 Put the ball threough the upper hole
6.9 Push the ball back between the two (2) lower holes
WARNING Always check that the safety leash is properly mounted
WARNING Never use the NXT CHallenge without the safety leash fitted according to 6.8 and 6.9
