For flexible spindle extension – When fitting the extended spindle – apply 0.5

cm (0.03 cu in) of grease type "Lubricating Engineers LE3752" (or EP grease)
at the bottom of the hole in the collet holder.
Dismantling/Assembling instructions
Required tools
• Polygrip pliers
• A set of socket wrenches
• A set of allen keys (inches)
• Rubber hammer
• A set of spanners
• Service tools, see "Instructions for vane motor".
Consumables
• Threadlocker
• Bonding agent
• High-strength threadlocker
• Quick dry bonding agent
• Glue
Disassembling the belt sander
1. Open the wheel cover lid (24).
2. Push the arm holder (6) until it locks.
3. Remove the sanding belt.
4. Push the stopper (4) to release the arm holder.
5. Loosen the nut (17) and pull off the complete assembly.
6. Hold the lock nut (31) and remove the drive pulley (32).
7. Remove the 4 cap screws (16) and pull off the motor housing cap (18).
8. Carefully remove the motor housing cap (18).
Make sure not to damage the gasket between the motor housing cap
and the motor housing.
