A) Control panel: it is equipped with the control devices needed to operate the appliance
(see "Control descriptions").
B) Cook grill: it is made of enamelled cast iron and is used as a support surface for food
product to be cooked.
The cook grill can be used on both levels: for example, on level to cook fish and the
other for meat so as not to mix flavours.
C) Drip tray: used to collect cooking liquids and residue.
D) Handle: it is used to tilt the cook grill and promote liquid draining to the residue tray.
