Intended Use
The machine is intended for sawing of panels, profiles,
wooden laths and strips, as well as plastics or compos-
ite wood materials when using suitable saw blades.
The machine is not suitable for sawing of metal or non-
ferrous alloys.
For damage caused by usage other than intended, the
user is responsible.
Delivery Scope
The packaging contains:
• 1 cross cut mitre saw
• 1 saw blade, 216 mm
• 1 Allen key, size 4/6 mm
• 1 workpiece clamping fixture
• 1 Set of operating instructions and a parts drawing
• 1 Brochure with general safety instructions
• Various supports

Assembling (see figure B)
Releasing the Transport Safety-lock
Press the saw head 25 down a little, pull the locking
knob of the transport safety-lock 23 out and move the
saw head upward.
Table Assembly (see figure B)
To ensure safe handling, the machine must be mounted
on a suitable support (e.g. a wooden table, work-
bench, etc.). Depending on applicational purpose, the
saw can be mounted stationary or flexible.
When mounting the saw, ensure that the work table is
positioned stable. The recommended working height is
80 cm.
Insert bolts into bolt holes 22 and fasten the machine
to the workbench with the fitting nuts.
Mounting/Replacing the Saw
Blade (figures D, E and F)
Before any work on the machine itself,
pull the mains plug.
The saw blade teeth are very sharp and
can cause injuries. Wear protective
gloves when mounting and replacing the
saw blade!
Use only saw blades whose maximum
permitted speed is higher than the no-
load speed of the power tool.
Use only saw blades that are approved
and released by Würth, and correspond
with the Standard EN 847-1.
Use only saw blades suitable for sawing
the materials to be cut.
HSS saw blades may not be used.
