SERIE VERTINOX

1. HANDLING

The motors of VERTINOX 1,2,3,4,5,10,15 and 20 pumps are supplied with lifting eyes which
must not be used for lifting the entire pump.
When the entire pump is to be lifted, observe the following:
- VERTINOX 1,2,3,4,5,10,15 and 20 pumps fi tted with standard motors should be lifted in the pump
head by means of straps or the like.
- VERTINOX 32, 45, 64 and 90 pumps fi tted with standard motors up to and including 11kW should
be lifted by means of the eye nut fi tted to the pump head.
- VERTINOX 32,45,64 and 90 fi tted with motors of 15 kW and up should be lifted by means of the
eye bolts fi tted to the motor fl ange.
- For other motor makes than those mentioned above, it is recommended to lift the pump in the
pump head by means of straps.

3.1 Features

3.2 Applications
Low viscosity, neutral, non-fl ammable, non- explosive liquids, not containing solid particles or
fi bres. The liquid must not attack the pump material chemically.

- Water treatment, reverse osmosis systems, ultrafi ltration systems.
- Food and beverage industry.
- Water supply in high-rise buildings.
