● During download of program changes the sporadic message "Temporary CPU error: Serious firmware exception (internal
system code: 16#00000000 16#10020000 16#00000000) CPU changes to DEFECTIVE state (system response)" no
longer occurs when IEC timers are used in a global data block and if the IEC_Time bit is transferred as parameter to a
higher-level FB.
● When JSON and AJAX are used as data interface for data exchange between web server and web client, it can no
longer happen sporadically that the web server adds characters to the response frame so that an error message appears
in the parser of the web client.
● During simultaneous read and write access to a tag from two watch tables in the web server of the CPU, the sporadic
message: "Temporary CPU error: Serious firmware exception (internal system code 16#00400001 16#10020011
16#7772A5F4), CPU changes to DEFECTIVE state (system response)" no longer occurs.
● During cyclic calling of the "Get_Alarm" command, the sporadic message "Temporary CPU error: Serious firmware
exception (not relevant for user, system code: 16#FFFF0000 16#10020000 16#00000000) CPU changes to DEFECTIVE
state (system response)" no longer occurs when the "Data" input parameter is interconnected.
● The sporadic message "Temporary CPU error: Serious firmware exception (internal system code: 16#00000000
16#10020000 16#00000000), CPU changes to DEFECTIVE state (system response)" no longer occurs when the user
uses different lengths for source and target with the "MOVE_BLK" command.
● The sporadic message "Temporary CPU error: Serious firmware exception (internal system code: 16#00400001
16#10020065 16#77889D9C) CPU changes to DEFECTIVE state (system response)" no longer occurs when the
instruction for loading user-defined web pages is called cyclically in the user program and the user-defined web pages
are simultaneously accessed.
● When a tag is monitored via OPC UA and a download of the changed user program takes place simultaneously, the
following sporadic message "Temporary CPU error: Serious firmware exception (internal system code: 16#00400001
16#1002012E 16#7799E9A4), CPU changes to DEFECTIVE state (system response)" no longer occurs.
For S7-1500T CPUs only:
● The orientation axis can now also be moved by means of the kinematics control panel in the object coordinate systems
OCS1 to OCS3.
● There are no more jumps in the TO tags to the coordinate display when a new motion command is issued in the object
coordinate system (OCS) after changing the object coordinate system.
● A position jump no longer occurs during smoothing from one linear motion to the next and intermittent definition of the
workspace zone.
Changes in the update
Improvements in update 2.6.2
The certificates used since Version V2.0 to sign the Windows files of the SIMATIC S7-1500 Software Controller
mean that these files cannot be started after June 10, 2019. Among other things, this can lead to a
shutdown of your plant or failure of a machine. This can be the case, for example, after a Windows restart or
a restart of the IPC. After the installation of the update, these files will continue to work without restrictions
after June 10, 2019.
