Windows restart after installation
Windows is usually restarted after installation of the software controller. If Windows updates are installed during installation
of the software controller, these can prevent the final restart. A manual restart is necessary in such a case.
If you cannot start the CPU via the display, for example, restart Windows manually.
IntervallZero RTX
IntervalZero RTX is not automatically deleted from the system when you uninstall WinAC RTX.
Uninstall IntervalZero RTX before you install the Software Controller.
Failsafe parameters when access protection is configured
When you set up complete protection, the failsafe symbol is no longer shown on the display.
Enter the correct password to view all values under "Overview > Failsafe".
CPU 1507S F with Windows 10 IOT
If you are using a CPU 1507S F with a Windows 10 IoT operating system, disable the recovery mode.
