CHECKING
If the pump works but the delivery is inadequate check the
following:
•
the direction of the pump rotation. See "Direction of
rotation";
•
make sure the valves are open and intact;
•
make sure the tubes, impeller and filter are not
obstructed;
•
the impeller should rotate freely;
•
make sure that the head required by the plant has not
changed;
•
check for leaks in the pipes;
•
make sure the impeller is not worn.
Warning
Do not continuously try to start the
mixer if the thermal protection device
triggers.
IMPELLER REPLACEMENT
IMPELLER DISASSEMBLING
Pumps repair and maintenance works must be carried out only by
skilled personnel, by using originals spare parts.

Lean the pump horizontally
•
Disassemble the suction flange group pos. 96-97
•
Take the impellers locking screw off pos. 94-95
•
Remove the impeller pos. 92. Try to make easier the
impeller extraction, giving little strikes with the mallet.
IMPELLER ASSEMBLING
•
Verify that the end of the shaft is clean without
snagging
•
Clean and eliminate any defect, and apply a thin oil
film
•
Lubricate the Tollok's rings with oil
•
Tighten the impeller on the shaft, verifying that the two
buttonhole behind the impeller are oriented as the inner
impeller tongues
•
Insert the Tollok's rings pos. 93, oriented as in Figure
"dett",in the hub of the impeller in deep up to the inner
shoulder
•
Insert the washer pos.94 and self-locking nut, pos.95.
Screw the nut by a locking torque of 1200Nm
•
Verify that it is possible to turn the impeller by hand.
•
Assemble the suction flange with the tightening couple.
Worn
impellers
have
DISPOSAL
This product falls within the scope of Directive
2012/19/EU regarding the management of electrical
and electronic equipment waste (WEEE).
Electronic-electrical equipment must not be disposed
of with domestic waste as it is made of various
materials that can be recycled at the appropriate facilities.
Inquiries should be made through the municipal authorities
regarding the location of the ecological platforms that receive
products for disposal and their subsequent correct recycling.
This product is not potentially dangerous for human health and
the environment, since it does not contain harmful substances as
per Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS), yet if abandoned in the
environment it has a negative impact on the ecosystem.
Read the instructions carefully before using the appliance for the
first time. It is recommended that you do not use this product for
any purpose other than that for which it was intended; there is
danger of electric shock if used improperly.
The crossed-out bin symbol found on the appliance label
indicates the compliance of this product with the regulations
regarding electrical and electronic equipment waste.
Abandoning the appliance in the environment or its illegal
disposal is punishable by law.
