To ensure your Porsche charging equipment is up to
date and able to communicate, the charging
equipment will transfer the following device-specific

data to Porsche in encrypted form, where it will be
processed: device ID, brand, generation, device

model and software version.
If you would voluntarily like to use further Porsche
Connect services for the charging equipment, you

must link your charging equipment to your Porsche
ID account, which is available from the relevant
Porsche Connect sales company in selected markets.

During your use of Porsche Connect services, the

following personal and further device-specific data is
transferred to and processed by Porsche, in order to
provide you with these services: customer ID,
statistics, device status, connection status, and time
stamp from the last time communication was
established. You can find more information on our
General Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at
www.porsche.com/connect-store.
Regular data transmission by your charging
equipment can incur additional costs from your
internet service provider. You can have your data that
is stored by Porsche deleted irrevocably via My
Porsche. Due to technical or legal restrictions, some
Porsche Connect services of the Porsche charging
equipment are not available in all countries.
Access data
Keep the access data letter that you receive on
delivery of your device.
Please contact your Porsche partner if you lose your
access data letter.
Here is an explanation of the data this contains:
– Serial number: State the serial number when
contacting customer service or your Porsche
partner.
– SSID: WiFi network name of your energy manager
displayed on your device (in hotspot mode)
– WiFi PSK: WiFi password
– PLC DPW/DAK: PLC security code for
connecting the energy manager to a PLC network
– IP address: IP address for opening the web
application via the browser of your device
(in hotspot mode)
– Hostname: Hostname for opening the web
application via the browser of your device.
The device and energy manager must be in the
same network.
– Home user password: Initial password for the
home user web application
– Tech user password: Initial password for the
customer service web application
– EEBus name: The name of the energy manager
displayed during connection
– EEBus SKI: Identification number (SKI) of the
energy manager displayed during connection
– WiFi CLIENT MAC, ETH0 MAC, ETH1 MAC,
PLC MAC, PLC MODEM MAC: MAC addresses.
If the home network has MAC locking, enable
these MAC addresses if necessary.
Web application password
Your password is used for logging on to the web
application.
e If you lose your initial password, please contact
your Porsche partner.
If you lose a password you have set yourself, you can
restore the web application to the factory settings
and so reactivate the initial password.
e To reset all passwords, simultaneously press and
hold the Reset
and CTRL
buttons on the
energy manager for 5 to 10 seconds.
