Fault Indicators
Under certain fault conditions the following messages may be displayed on the temperature controller.

Problem
No power to unit.
Reduced delivery pressure.
Possible fault / Condition
The controller has reverted to its default setup.
The temperature is over range. The controller configuration
does not match the thermocouple.
The temperature is under range. The controller
configuration does not match the thermocouple.
The input sensor is open circuit.
Indication
Display is not illuminated.
Outlet pressure gauges.
Possible Cause
Isolated at the supply.
Power lead not connected.
Power on switch in 'OFF' position.
Fuse blown in the IEC socket.
Loose connection inside generator.
Connected to the incorrect voltage
supply.
Compressor failure .
(compressor versions only)
Compressor is overheating due to
insufficient ventilation.
Leaking outlet pipe-work.
Pressure regulator set low.
Service interval exceeded.
Internal Leak.
Leaking inlet pipe-work.
(non compressor units only)
Inlet pressure set low.
Inlet (non compressor units only) or
outlet pipe-work diameter too small.
Demand greater than supply capability.
