Wash the air filter every 25 hours (if too dusty, every 10
hours) with clear water and dry it.
Inspect the air filter regularly. Replace it with a new one
if necessary.
1. Loosen the air filter cover lever to open the air filter
case.
2. Remove the filter by unlocking two wire clasps and
pressing two buttons from the cover and tap it on a
solid surface to remove dust.
3. Wash the air filter if necessary.
4. Put the filter and air filter cover back on the air filter
case.
5. Re-attach the air filter lever and secure it with the
air filter cover button.
Engine oil change
ATTENTION!
Old engine oil is special waste and has to be disposed
of according to your local environment protection
regulation. Do not pour the oil into garbage can, sewer,
soil etc.
1. The engine oil replacement is easier if engine is
warm (NOT HOT!).
2. Open the oil tank cap and drain the old oil to a
container.
3. Refill with new oil as instructed in engine oil check
instructions.
4. Clean the dropped oil on the machine if necessary.

WARNING
Never do this work if the engine is still warm!
1. Pull out the spark plug cap and clean the dust in the
spark plug area.
2. Screw out the spark plug with the provided socket
wrench.
3. Check the ceramic isolation. Replace the spark plug
if damaged.
4. Clean the electrodes (metal tip) with mild
sandpaper to refresh the surfaces.
5. Check the spark plug gap. It should be 0.027-
0.031in.(0.7-0.8 mm)(Fig.39).
6. Restore the spark plug and its cap.
Carburetor
Do not adjust carburetor. If you have trouble with the
carburetor, please contact the after-sales service or
authorized service dealer. Improper adjustment may
cause engine damage and void warranty.
