Limitations on use
To make sure that enough clean air is available, the Dräger X-plore
helmet with visor must only be used in conjunction with the devices specified in
chapter 3.3 Intended use.
The protective effect can be impaired by the following factors:

High wind velocities and strong crosswind
–
Earpieces or beards under the face cuff
3.5
Approvals
The Dräger X-plore® 8000 helmet with visor conforms to the EU regulations on
personal protective equipment (EU) 2016/425. For information on the
corresponding system approvals please refer to the instructions for use of the
respirators mentioned in 3.3 Intended use.
The safety helmet is approved in accordance with the following standards:

The visor is approved in accordance with the following standards:

combination with the Dräger X-plore
accordance with Part 84, Title 42 of the Code of Federal Regulations. It is only
permitted to be used together with components that have NIOSH approval (see
