WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

PRODUCT: this warranty is applicable to the electric thermal emitters contained in this manual.
WARRANTY:
The appliances supplied are guaranteed in accordance with the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revi-
sed text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, for a period of 2 years against
manufacturing faults from the delivery of the product.
Unless proven otherwise, it will be assumed that any lack of conformity that appears 6 months after the delivery did not exist when the item
was delivered.
The warranty of the spare parts will have a duration of 2 years from the date of delivery of the appliance.
This warranty applies only and exclusively for appliances sold and installed in Spanish territory.
Repairs will be carried out in the Official Technical Assistance Service workshops.
The material replaced under warranty will be property of the guarantee.
SCOPE OF WARRANTY:
Unless proven otherwise, it will be assumed that the products acquired are suitable and good for the purpose for which they are acquired
and that always happen under the following conditions:
- The guaranteed appliance shall correspond to the manufacturer intended for Spain and must be installed in Spain.
- The spare parts which are necessary to replace will be determined by our Official Technical Service, and in all cases, they must be original
parts of the manufacturer.
- The warranty is valid provided the normal maintenance operations described in the technical instructions supplied with the appliance are
carried out.
- The consumer must inform the guarantee if the product is not up to standard, within a period of no more than two months from the date
on which this becomes apparent.
The warranty does not cover incidents caused by:
- The power supply from systems with power generators or any other system that is not a stable electric circuit or that does not have
sufficient capacity.
- Products that have been repaired by someone who is not from the manufacturer's Official Technical Service and/or personnel authorized
thereof.
- Corrosion, deformation, etc., caused by unsuitable storage.
- Handling of the product by personnel not employed by the manufacturer during the warranty period.
- Installation not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the appliance.
- Installation of the appliance without observing the current Laws and Regulations in force (electricity, etc.).
- Defects in electrical installations.
- Anomalies caused by atmospheric agents (ice, lightning, floods, etc.), as well as unsteady currents.
- Improper maintenance, carelessness or incorrect use.
Transport damages must be claimed by the user directly to the carrier.
VERY IMPORTANT:
To claim on the right of Warranty here recognized, the appliance must be intended for household use. It will also be necessary to present
the invoice or the receipt of the appliance along with the corresponding delivery note, if it was given later, to the technical staff of the
manufacturer before his intervention. Any complaints may be made to the competent body in the matter.
NOTE: All our Official Technical Services have the corresponding accreditation by the manufacturer. Demand this accreditation in any
intervention.
