01 - INSTALLER RECOMMENDATIONS
• Install the equipment with the power switch off;
• For general automation protection, a circuit breaker must be used according
to motor specification;
• Keep remote controls out of the reach of children;
• Never touch electrical and electronic components with the power switch on;
• Do not connect ground to GND;
• Do not leave anything resting on the power cord;
• Avoid exposing the power cord in crowded places;
• Do not overload outlets and extension cords as this may cause fire or electric
shock;
• Never spill liquid on the electronic control panel;
• Do not repair the electronic control panel, as you may be exposed to dange-
rous voltage or other hazards;
• Take the product to be repaired to a qualified technical assistance;
• UNINTENDED EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE MAY CAUSE SERIOUS
INJURY!
Read the entire manual before installing or operating this product.
Keep it in a safe and clean place for future reference.
Make sure that the outputs are not shorted. It is recommended that you always
tin the bare wire ends for best conductivity.
02 - AUTOMATIC CONTROLLER PREPARATION
Rocker automatic controller is as follows:
1. Position the limit switches;
2. Position and secure the two-way stops;
3. Position the machine between the two Limit Switches, or over either of them;
4. Install motor on driver;
5. Engage the gate in the driver;
Sliding automatic controller is as follows:
1. Determine the position of the limit switches;
2. Position the gate midway or over the limit switch in the closed position;
3. Press the control (previously registered) to start route recognition.
Note: At each touch of the LEARN button the LED flashing is increased. This
process is incremental, that is, the control panel adds up the LEARN
button presses, when the menu being set comes to an end, the next LEARN
pulse will return the menu to the home position.
After learning the route, change the gate type according to index 33.
