The oven is already at or above the temperature required by the baking
program selected. The green LED on the "P" button is on, showing
that the oven is ready for operation.
Place food in the oven and press the "Start/Stop" button.
The display will now read "ok" and the preset baking time now starts,
at the end of which a continuous buzzer will warn the operator that
the food can be removed from the oven.
The buzzer sounds for 1 minute, but it can be turned off by pressing the
"Start/Stop" button.
Sequential use of programs 100 and 101
Two programs in the memory can be used sequentially (100 and 101).
When program 100 is selected by pressing the "Start/Stop" button, the
following question appears:
PROG100 + PROG101 ?
SI = "P"
NO = "Start/Stop"
By selecting "SI" baking will stop after running programs 100 + 101.
By selecting "NO" baking will be done normally, using only program
100.
This option for sequential use of programs is available only for
program 100 with 101.
Once the two programs have ended the oven returns to the temperature
of program 100.
Stopping a program:
To stop a program that has already started, there are three possibilities:

Press "Start/Stop" to stop baking.

The oven is already at the temperature required by the program but
timed baking has not yet started. Press "Start/Stop" twice
to stop baking.

The oven is already at the temperature required by the program and
timed baking has started. Press "Start/Stop" to stop baking.
During baking:
During baking, the top display will show:
- the name of the product
- the memorised temperature
- the time remaining to the end of baking
On the lower display, the actual internal temperature inside the oven's
baking chamber will be constantly displayed.
Operation without memorised programs (manual):
Program no. 1 serves for manual oven operation. It can be used to set
the following:
- baking timer (in minutes)
- set-point temperature
Use the buttons marked with the symbols " " (Up +) and " " (Down
-) to select program no. 1.
Hold down the "P" button for 3 seconds: the set baking time will start
flashing on the display. Use the " " (Up +) and " " (Down -)
buttons to select the required baking time.
Press "P" again to set the baking temperature in °C. Use the " " (Up
+) and " " (Down -) buttons to select the required baking temperature.
Pressing "P" again sets the steaming time in seconds. Use the " "
(Up +) and " " (Down -) buttons to select the required steaming time
(default 3 seconds). Confirm this setting by pressing "P".
Then, pressing "Start/Stop" the oven temperature will start to rise.
While baking, it is possible to change the oven temperature using the
" " (Up +) and " " (Down -) buttons. This will be confirmed
automatically within a few seconds.
To start the baking timer, press the "Timer" button. The button LED
will light up to show that the timer is working. The display will now
read "ok" and the baking time will start, at the end of which a
continuous buzzer will warn the operator that the food can be
removed from the oven.
The buzzer sounds for 1 minute, but it can be turned off by pressing the
"Start/Stop" button.
When the timer is in use, it is possible to stop the countdown at any
time, by pressing the "Timer" button. The LED will switch off and the
last value set will again be shown on the display.
It is possible to change the setting during baking by holding down the
"Timer"button for a few seconds and using the " " (Up +) and
" " (Down -) buttons to change the value. This will be confirmed
automatically within a few seconds.
Manual steaming:
The "Steam" button activates the valve emitting steam into the baking
chamber. Each time the button is pressed steam will be emitted into the
chamber for the set time. The LED stays
on for the whole cycle.
Turning the light on in the baking chamber
The light inside the baking chamber is linked to the start/stop of the
oven.
Steam exhaust

The steam that forms inside the baking chamber is exhausted using the
ball knob on the front right hand side of the oven (fig.19 item A).
When the ball knob is pulled out (fig.19 item B) the exhaust outlet is
open, when the ball knob is pushed towards the oven (fig.16 item C)
the outlet is closed.

The control panel is located on the front right-hand upright of each
baking chamber (fig.15b):

NOTE: The main switch (ON/OFF) (fig.15b item D) and the slot
(fig.15b item E) for assistance and upgrades are located on the right
side of the control panel.
The user interface has the following viewing areas (fig 15b):
A) TOP BAR: the viewing area in the top part of the display. Views
date, current time and any status icons (switch on timer, alarm warning
device \etc.).
B) WORKING AREA this is the main viewing area, divided
horizontally into three areas, each with an associated baking parameter
that can be modified directly by pressing the corresponding neutral keys.
This viewing area is also used to view the menu items and the different
setting screen (programs, lighting, etc.) and in case of anomaly, it shows
the mistake identified.
C) STATUS BAR: the viewing area in the bottom part of the display. A
coloured label that shows the current appliance status ("heating",
"preparing", "oven ready" and "cooking") and the oven's icon status
(manual mode/programs, steam status, steam valve position, suction
hood status if provided, etc.).
To improve the experience of the user, the interface, thanks to the
potential of the graphic display, gives a specific colour to each
function/status of the appliance. This allows the user to know its status
at all times:
- WHITE: standard baking mode
- GREEN: standby function enabled
- ORANGE: booster function enabled
- LIGHT BLUE: menu, program settings
- RED: alarm
The six neutral keys, to the right and left of the graphic display (fig.15b –
part 2), can have the following main functions:
+: increases the parameter
- decreases parameter
↑ : moves the selection "Up"
↓ : moves the selection "Down"
→: moves the selection "Right"
←: moves the selection "Left"
√ : ok, confirms the selection
← : cancels, goes back without confirming (" return")
and other symbols described below.
NOTE:
LCD not TOUCH SCREEN. Pressing on the screen can
damage it irreversibly and affect the correct operation of the entire
appliance.
Once the main switch is on (0/1), the graphic display and the main
switch will light up. When switched on, the graphic display will first
show the initial screen for a few seconds, followed by the main menu
screen (fig.24a), complete with the settings for the last baking
operation carried out:
