M : For Control Panel Switch Type, move the throttle lever on the equipment away from it slow speed end to
turn the engine switch to "START" position.

Faulty spark plugs
Engine switch is in "OFF" position
Faulty ignition coils
Clogged air cleaner
Air intake screen or cooling air path
clogged with dirt
Insufficient engine oil
Carbon build-up in combustion cham-
ber
Faulty E-governor.
