Using the harness system
To unlock buckle, press in on

the centre button and pull
harness out from each side.
To buckle, push each side of

harness back into buckle until
each clicks in place.
To shorten,pull bottom loop

down,then pull on strap end.
To lengthen,pull out top loop,
then pull out on buckle.
To unlock buckle, press in on
