Inserting the battery

The lithium-ion battery supplied with the device is needed to
operate the camera.
 Switch the camera off, if necessary.
 Push the closer of the battery compartment in the direction of
the arrow. The battery compartment will open.
 Push the battery into the battery compartment, so that the
contacts of the battery fit into the battery compartment.
 Close the battery compartment and push the closer back to its
starting position.
