The controls are located on the front of the base. See
the speed chart below for food processing and speed
recommendations. Various speeds are used for chopping,
mixing, dicing, slicing and shredding. When these functions
are selected the processor will run continuously until the
PULSE|OFF button is pressed to stop. (E)
1. Plug in the appliance to turn it on.
2. Select low, medium or high speed depending on what task you are
completing. Press and release PULSE button to pulse.
3. To stop, press PULSE|OFF.
4. Always unplug the appliance when not in use.

Important: The dicing disk can only be used with the
large workbowl. Only run the processor on LOW speed
when using the dicing disk. DO NOT use dicing disk with
small workbowl.
1. Lock workbowl onto base.
2. Place the dicing shaft into the bottom of the dicing
disk and turn clockwise to lock it into place. (F)
3. Carefully pick up the dicing assembly using the finger
holes in the top of the disk and place in the workbowl
over the center post. (G)
