Decommissioning
8.1
Change of location
1. Unplug the electrical connection.
2. Unfasten the compressed air connection.
3. Heed the notes on commissioning (Sec. 4).
4. Use the four bolts supplied to secure the
TCE 4460-TCE 4465 on the pallet again (Section
4.2.7).
i On the sale or transfer of ownership of the
TCE 4460-TCE 4465, all the documentation con-
tained in the scope of delivery is to be handed over
together with the TCE 4460-TCE 4465.
8.3
Temporary shutdown
Always unplug the mains connector from the socket if
the TCE 4460-TCE 4465 is to be temporarily shut down
or if it is not being used for some other reason.
i It is advisable to thoroughly clean the
TCE 4460-TCE 4465 as well as the corresponding
tools and accessories and to provide protection (e.g.
by applying a thin film of oil).

8.2
Disposal
¶ Disconnect the TCE 4460-TCE 4465 from the power
supply.
¶ Disconnect the power cord.
¶ Oils can contaminate water and must be disposed of
in accordance with the applicable regulations.
¶ Dismantle the TCE 4460-TCE 4465 and sort out and
dispose of the different materials in accordance with
the applicable regulations.
The TCE 4460-TCE 4465 is subject to EU di-
rective 2002/96/EC (directive on the dispos-
al of electrical and electronic waste).
Electrical and electronic devices, including
cables, accessories and batteries, must
be disposed of separately from household
refuse.
¶ Use is to be made of the return and collec-
tion systems provided for the disposal of
such equipment.
¶ Proper disposal of the TCE 4460-TCE 4465
can help to prevent environmental pollu-
tion and possible health hazards.
