Adjusting drive belt
1. Disconnect the power supply.
2. Remove the side cover. When doing so, pay attention
to the earth connection on the cover.

3. Unfasten the lock nut (B) on the motor mount.
4. Use the nut (D) to adjust the tension of the stop damper
(C) (the correct deflection is roughly 5 mm).

5. Re-tighten the lock nut (B).
6. Close the side cover.
7. Check proper operation.

Adjusting stop damper of tilting co-
lumn
Proceed as follows to replace the stop damper or to adjust
the damping effect:
1. Disconnect the power supply.
2. Remove the side cover. When doing so, pay attention
to the earth connection on the cover.

Move the tilting column to working position. Start by
adjusting the first nut (A).
4.
Make sure the column does not collide with the base
on tilting. Check whether the column is perpendicular
with respect to the machine housing after returning
to the working position.
5.
Tighten the lock nut (B).

6.
Close the side cover.
7.
Connect the power supply.
