PROBABLE CAUSE
a)
Room temperature too high.
b)
Hot air blast.
c)
Heat source nearby.
d)
Defective cooling system.
e)
Clogged air opening.
f)
Clogged air filter.

h)
Speed below the nominal value.
i)
Defective measuring system.
j)
Overload.
k)
Power factor load below 0.8.
a)
Insufficient base structure, or
inappropriate anti-vibration
measures, or incorrect anchorage to
the ground.
b)
Defective coupling.
c)
Defective cooling fan, unbalanced
rotor.

to the nominal value.
c) Replace the fuse.
d) Disconnect the voltage regulator and replace it.
a) Rotate the potentiometer until the voltage returns
to the nominal value.
b) Replace the AVR.
a) Check the uniformity of the rotation and the
Diesel regulator.
b) Rotate the stability potentiometer until the voltage
returns stable.
c) Replace the AVR.
INTERVENTION
(to be performed always when the machine is
stopped)
a)
Ventilate to decrease the room temperature,
reduce the load.
b)
Speed below the nominal value. Create
enough free space around the machine.
c)
Keep away from heat sources and check the
ventilation.
d)
Inspect the conditions of the system and
check to make sure it was properly
assembled.
e)
Clean the nozzles from any debris.
f)
Clean or replace the filters.
g)
Remove any obstacle, make sure there is
enough air flow.
h)
Check the number of rounds (frequency).
i)
Check the detectors.
j)
Remove the overload, let the machine cool
before starting again.
k)
Check the load values, reset the power factor
to 0.8 or reduce the load.
a)
Strengthen the base, replace the anti-vibration
devices and tighten the screws on the base.
b)
Check the alignment, the tightness of the disc
on the motor and the fitting of the first motor.
c)
Replace the fan, clean the rotor and re-
balance it.
d)
Check to make sure the load complies with the
requirements.
e)
Replace the bearing.
f)
Check using the procedure in paragraph 6.5.
a)
Replace the bearing.
b)
Check the alignment and coupling of the
machine.
