PROGRAM 11 - CUSTOM
This program mode allows the user to elaborate a workout profile in relation to speed and
incline, allowing varied training targets to be attained. To select this program, proceed as
follows:
HOW TO PREPARE CUSTOMIZED TRAINING:
The electronic module of your treadmill has 10 intensity columns on the screen that can be
programmed according to each user's profile and training targets.
First, set the desired total time by choosing between 03:00 minutes and 60:00 minutes using
the SPEED buttons (+/-) (BUTTONS 11 and 12) and press START (BUTTON 9) to confirm. Next,
adjust the Speed of the first column which is interval 1, set a speed between 0.5km/h and
18km/h using the SPEED buttons (+/-) (BUTTONS 11 and 12) or the SPEED shortcut buttons
(5 km/h, 8 km/h, 11 km/h and 14 km/h) and press START (BUTTON 9) to confirm. Repeat this
procedure for the remaining columns. In each of the 10 columns the user can enter any speed
and incline value. (0.5 km/h to 18 km/h or 25 km/h and incline from -2% to 18%).
The total programmed time will be divided by 10 (total number of columns).
For example, if a time of 8 minutes is set, each column will have a duration of 48 seconds (8 x
60 = 480 seconds => 480/10 = 48 seconds). After elaborating the profile, press START
(BUTTON 9) to confirm. The display will show the countdown of 3 seconds, starting the
activity and movement of the treadmill until the 10 columns of predetermined intensities are
completed.
NOTE: Once the treadmill has started operating in this mode, the user will still have control
over speed and incline, which will follow the established profile.
