UNDERSTANDING THE EQUIPMENT
Connect is a powerful tool that connects equipment to Movement's digital ecosystem.
Using Bluetooth connectivity, the Connect application obtains the operational data from
the device and sends it to the management system.
With the data collected, we are able to better manage each equipment, obtaining
important information for maintenance and improvement of your business and our
products.
Each active device transmits data in real time. With a friendly interface it is possible to map
daily the hours of greatest activity or idleness. The system also automatically suggests
rotation between models by equalizing the level of use and maximizing their useful life.
It is possible to monitor in each equipment:
•The average time of a workout
•If the equipment is in maintenance
•The number of occurrences or calls opened
•Comparison of total use (in distance in the Cardio line or cycles in the Strength line)
It is also possible to perform a more detailed analysis, see the complete history of all
buttons and programs triggered in the product's lifetime, operational data and the last 50
training sessions performed.
Equipment with sensors is autonomous and can open a maintenance occurrence
automatically with alerts sent by the product itself.
In unconnected models, you can manually open text, photo, and video calls via the
application itself on your smartphone.
Each occurrence can be analyzed by the manager, who may decide to open a call to
Movement's aftersales through the application itself.
At the end of the service the manager can evaluate, criticize or suggest improvements in
the service. The entire process can be tracked by the application.
