Safety input and command status (TEST mode)
With no currently active intentional commands, press the TEST button and check the following:
DISPLAY
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Detachable boom support sy-
stem enabled or not connected
or incorrect connection.
Safety STOP contact open.
Release device open.
Barrier inspection hatch open.
Sensing edge COS not connected
or incorrectly connected.
Photocell FT not connected or
incorrectly connected.
If occurs with no voluntary com-
mand, the contact may be faulty
or one of the buttons may be
incorrectly connected.
If occurs with no voluntary com-
mand, the contact may be faulty
or the timer may be incorrectly
connected.
N.B: press TEST to exit TEST mode.

PHYSICAL CORRECTIVE ACTION
Check the correct system connection
to the control unit.
Check the STOP button/contact.
Install a STOP button (NC) or jumper
the ST contact with the COM contact.
Lock by turning the key two complete
turns clockwise.
Check that the microswitch contact is
connected correctly.
Close the barrier inspection hatch.
Check connection to microswitch.
If not used jumper contact COS with
contact COM.
If not used jumper contact FT with
contact COM.
Check connection referring to relative
connection diagram.
Check PP - COM contacts and con-
nections to button.
Check CH - COM contacts and con-
nections to buttons.
Check AP - COM contacts and con-
nections to button.
Check PED - COM contacts and con-
nections to button.
Check contacts ORO - COM.
Do not jumper this contact if not used.
