Calling an Emergency Number
T-Mobile programs one or more emergency phone
numbers, such as 911 or 112, that you can call under any
circumstances, even when your phone is locked or the SIM
card is not inserted.
Note: Emergency numbers vary by country. Your phone's
preprogrammed emergency number(s) may not work in all
locations, and sometimes an emergency call cannot be
placed due to network, environmental, or interference
issues.

Dialing International Numbers
If your phone service includes international
dialing, press and hold 0 to insert the

local international access code (+) for the
country from which you are calling.
(Inserting + enables your phone to make an
international call.) Then press the keypad keys as
usual to dial the country code and phone number.
Calling With 1-Touch Dial
To call phonebook entries 1 through 9, press and hold the
single-digit speed dial number for one second.
Note: 1-touch dialing can only be set for numbers stored
on the phone. When setting 1-touch dial for numbers
stored on the SIM, you will be asked to Change Speed No. from
SIM to Ph. Memory?, select YES.

Using Voicemail
Voicemail messages that you receive are stored
on the network. To listen to your messages, you

must call your voicemail phone number.
Note: T-Mobile may include additional information about
using this feature.
Listening to Voicemail Messages
Find the Feature
The phone calls your voicemail phone number. If no
voicemail number is stored, your phone prompts you to
store a number.
