Turn the "Start/Stop" switch (2) to setting 0 and the
motors will stop, dishwashing will stop, but the machine
will remain on standby and remain hot.
This is most economical for short pauses in
dishwashing.
•
Check the strainer baskets in the wash tanks, and
empty when necessary.
The tank water can also be changed during a pause in
dishwashing - raise the drain tap to empty the tank -
close the door and the tank will be refilled.
The dishwashing pumps and final rinse will stop auto-
matically when there are no more racks in the wash
tank or final rinse tank. *

Pre wash

Check that the side plates, strainer plates, strainer
baskets, wash arms and curtains are all in their cor-
rect positions on the machine.
•
Place the overflow and fine strainer in position in the
final rinse zone (F).
•
Close the doors.
•
Remove left-overs from the dishes and trays.
•
Rinse the crockery with cold or lukewarm water,
using the pre-wash spray unit.
•
Distribute the crockery in the respective racks.
•
Switch on the "Mains Switch".
•
Press button "3" for high "Speed", the green
indicator light comes on. This speed is
recommended for lightly to normal soiled crockery.
•
Press button "2" for low "Speed", the green indicator
light comes on.
This speed is recommended for heavily soiled
crockery and for wash with "HACCP" function.
•
Move one rack forward until it reaches the
dishwasher inlet and let the automatic feed system
take it through the various wash zones.
•
Press button "1", the green indicator light comes on
and the following message appears on display "4":

After approx. 4" the following messages may

CLOSE DOOR
Close all the doors, including the one in the drying
zone.

Wait for the tanks to fill, checking that the taps are

When this message appears, the machine is ready
for use.
