7 Puesta en marcha
7.1 Primera puesta en marcha
Para evitar errores en la primera puesta en marcha,
aconsejamos que ésta sea efectuada por el servicio
postventa de Donaldson Ultrafilter.
Efectuar la primera puesta en marcha, teniendo en
consideración las advertencias hechas, siguiendo el
orden siguiente:

Tecla de confirmación o programador sin conectar.
1 Comprobar que las válvulas A y B en la tubería
de by-pass (opción) están cerradas y que el
mando eléctrico está desconectado.
2 Someter la secadora lentamente bajo presión abri-
endo lentamente la válvula A.
3 Conectar ahora la corriente eléctrica para su sumini-
stro. Después de la conexión aparecerá en el display
el mensaje ""Pressure? / Temperature?" [¿Pre-
sión? / ¿Temperatura?]..
4 Conectar la tecla de confirmación y ajustar con la
tecla Mode los siguientes puntos:
– Idioma: Germany / Europe / USA / Japan
[Alemania / Europa / EE UU / Japón]
– Presión: Presión mínima de trabajo
– Temp.: Temperatura máxima de entrada
Después de la introducción de los valores, el secador
adapta su funcionamiento a las condiciones de uso
específicas e indica el número del elemento estrangu-
lador que se tendrá que instalar para este modo de
funcionamiento (de fábrica está instalado el elemento
estrangulador nº 8).

7 Unit in operation

In order to avoid mistakes in the initial startup, we
recommend that the initial startup is done by Donald-
son Ultrafilter after-sales service.
Carry out the initial startup and all the following star-
tups with due regard for the information given in the
sequence described below:

Acknowledgement switch or programmer not
plugged in.
1 Check that the valves A and B in the by-pass line
(optional) have been closed and that the electrical
contoller has been switched off.
2 Slowly build up the pressure in the dryer by
slowly opening valve A.
3 Now turn on the power for the electrical controller.
Message "Pressure? / Temperature?" appears on
the display after switching on.
4 Plug in the acknowledgement switch and set the
following items with the mode switch:
– Language: Germany / Europe / USA / Japan
– Pressure: minimum operating pressure
– Temp.: maximum inlet temperature
Once the entries have been made, the dryer adapts its
mode of operation to the special conditions for use
and states the number of the throttle that is to be
installed for this operating mode (throttle number 8
was installed at the factory).
