4.2.3 Garantía y responsabilidad
Queda excluida cualquier reclamación de garantía o
responsabilidad cuando se debe a una o varias de las
siguientes causas:
el uso indebido del equipo
montaje, puesta en servicio, manipulación o man-
tenimiento incorrectos del equipo
funcionamiento del equipo cuando existía un
defecto demostrable
no observación de las indicaciones del manual de
funcionamiento sobre transporte, almacena-
miento, montaje, puesta en servicio y manteni-
miento
modificaciones constructivas no autorizadas del
equipo
control deficiente de componentes del equipo
sometidos a un desgaste
eparaciones realizadas de forma inadecuada
empleo de piezas no originales.

4.2.3 Warranty and liability

Claims for warranty and liability concerning personal
injury or material damage are excluded if they were
caused by one or more of the following factors:
Inappropriate use or application of the unit.
Technically incorrect installation, startup, opera-
tion and maintenance of the unit.
Operation of the unit when a defect demonstrably
existed.
Failure to observe the information given in the
Operation Manual concerning transport, storage,
installation, startup and maintenance.
Undertaking constructional modifications on the
unit on one's own initiative.
Inadequate monitoring of parts of the unit that are
subject to wear.
Repairs not being carried out properly.
Using non-original parts.
