The high quality and safety of this product have the certification of the authoritative department. If you use it
and lock the lid in a right way, the pressure cooker can work properly. You can control the pressure inside the
pressure cooker through the pressure governor valve in picture below.
Pressure Control Valve
The pressure control valve can be operated in three pressure levels: Ventilati-
on - 60 kPa - 100 kPa. Depending on the food you want to cool the operating
pressure can be adjusted by turning the pressure control (see picture).

Security window
When the pressure in the pressure cooker increases from 180 kPa to 300 kPa during use,
the pressure is automatically reduced. For this purpose, the vapor is derived with the help
of the rubber ring through the security slot from the pressure cooker (see picture).
Before fist Use
• Read this manual carefully and follow the safety instructions.
• To remove any production odor from the pressure cooker , fill the pressure cooker halfway with water, close the
lid and heat the water for 10 minutes. Open the lid only after the ventilation of the pressure cooker is carried
out via the pressure regulation valve.
• You can daub the block ring with eatable oil in order to make the locking lid easier to be locked and removed.

Description of Safety Precautions
Use and Operation
The valve is integrated in the lid handle. If the lid is not closed
properly, the pressure does not rise in the pressure coo-
ker over 4 kPa. Once the cover is properly closed and the
pressure in the pressure cooker reaches 4 kPa, the red stop
valve pin increases and is visible through the opening in the
handle. If the pressure in the pressure cooker exceeds the
operating pressure of the safety valve (130 kPa to 180 kPa)
during use, the pressure cooker is vented automatically, so
that the pressure does not increase further and safe use is
guaranteed.
