1.- Select an adequate recipient for cooking the food.
2.- Place the portable Low-Temperature cooker on the edge of the recipient and adjust it to the
thickness of the recipient. Turn the knob (2) clockwise to reduce the distance and
anti-clockwise to increase the distance with the recipient.
3.- Pour water into the recipient and adjust the height of the portable Low-Temperature cooker,
taking into account that there should be enough water for the level to be between MIN and
MAX.
The usage height of the portable Low-Temperature cooker can be adjusted depending on the
height of the recipient and of the water we use in each case
To do that, press button (1) and move the cooker upwards or downwards to adjust to the
desired height.

4.- Introduce the food that has previously been subject to a vacuum process inside the recipient.
5.- Connect the power cable to an electricity outlet of 220-240 V / 50 Hz and press the ON/OFF
switch to switch on the machine.
6.- Select the measuring unit by pressing the "ºC/ºF" button
7.- To programme the cooking , first press the "TIME" button and select the cooking time
NOTE: During the adjustment process, the display shows the selected work time and
during the work process the time remaining for its finalisation.
8.- Immediately press the "TEMP" button to select the working temperature.
9.- Press the START" button to initiate the work.
10.- If you press the "CANCEL" button you can cancel the work at any time.
11.- After finalising the process, the machine will make an audible buzz.
Press the "CANCEL" button to stop the machine.
12.- Remove the food form the recipient
NOTE: If the display shows the E01 message, please, refill the recipient with water, the
level of the liquid is lower than needed for the machine to work.
