a burst button. By pressing and
holding the burst button down at
any speed, you can add additional
power.
Do not use the burst button for
more than 2 minutes at a time;
otherwise the motor may overheat.
When mixing is finished, set the
speed control back to the OFF
( ) position and unplug the power
plug from the wall outlet.
