How to Use Your Hand Mixer

Make sure the hand mixer is
unplugged and the speed control
is set to the OFF ( ) position.

Set the speed control to a desired speed to switch on the appliance.
NOTE: Start at speed 1 and gradually increase to a higher speed, as
needed. Thoroughly mix the ingredients. When finished, turn speed
control to OFF ( ) and unplug mixer.
