I. INSTRUCTION FOR
THE INSTALLER
Dear customer, we would like to thank you and congratulate you
on the purchase of one of UNOX products. The instructions and
suggestions that follow concern the phases of a proper installa-
tion, as well as the use and maintenance for your safety and for
the best use of the appliance.
Preliminary remarks:
The equipment must be used only for what it is intended for.
The ovens and combi steamers are meant only for cooking and
bakings as reported here below. Any other use is to be consi-
dered improper. The working temperature of the ovens goes
from 0 to 260° C.
It is forbidden to intervene in the oven manipulating the compo-
nents sealed by the constructor in order to improve its perfor-
mances; the constructor refuses all responsibility for damages
to people or things which can happen as a consequence of an
incorrect use of the appliance. In this case, the one-year warran-
ty is automatically invalidated.

CERTIFICATION

The "CE" brand you find on our labels and on
our user manual refers to the following direc-
tives:
GAS MIXED STEAM CONVECTION OVENS - SERIES XG:
- Low Tension Directive
DBT 73/23/CEE e 93/68/CEE,
according to rule EN60335-2-42 and
according to rule EN60335-1
- Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 89/336/CEE, accor-
ding to rules CEI EN 55014-1, CEI EN 55014-2, CEI EN
61000-3-2, CEI EN 61000-3-3.
-Gas Appliances Directive 90/396/CEE,
according to rules EN203-1, EN203-2 and EN 437.
FOR MIXED GSA STEAM CONVECTION OVENS XG NOISE
LEVEL IS LOWER THAN 70 db (A).
3. INSTALLATION
- PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
All the electrical connections and installations
must be done by qualified personnel accor-
ding to actual laws.
3.1 Check the installation location
Before placing the appliance, please verify the
overall measurements and the correct position
and efficiency of the gas and electrical connec-
tions. Check the technical data of the oven on
the attached technical data sheet. Particularly,
check the compliance of the grounding circuit
and the scavenging system.
3.2 Feet assembly
You find the feet inside the appliance, in the
carton box. They must absolutely be assem-
bled in the oven.
Do not ever use the appliance without its feet.
Screw the support feet in in the bottom of the
