The pre-heating function works only when you
are using programs.
When you start up the oven with START PROG,
the oven starts to heat up the cooking chamber
but you do not see anything on the display;
when the oven reaches the pre-heating tem-
perature , it advises you with a continuous
sound.
When you hear this sound, you can put the
food in the oven. Then close the door and the
selected program automatically starts. All the
displays show the used inputs.

The "ON / OFF" key turns the oven on and off.
When the oven is off the respective led is lit up
and shows you there is power available.
"OVEN / PROVER" key

The digital control panel allows you to control
both the oven and the digital prover at the same
time. This means that the oven and the prover
can work at the same time. If you push the
"OVEN / PROVER" key while they are working,
you switch from the control of the oven to the
control of the prover and vice versa.
When the led is red, you control the oven.
When the led is green, you control the prover.
Prover control
When you are in prover management (and
the led is green), you can only change time
and temperature; all the other functions are
deactivated.
The maximum temperature you can set in the
prover is 70°C.
"WATER" key on the prover
If you press the push-button, you manually let
water in the basin of the prover (pay attention
