The total cooking time is the sum of the 4 set
basic periods, in the example it is 37 minutes.
1. With the knob PROG select the number of
the program you want to save (from 1 to 70).
2. Set the inputs of the first basic period:
TIME
CHAMBER TEMPERATURE
CORE TEMPERATURE
STEAM PERCENTAGE
HUMIDITY DRAWING
FANS STOP
3. Press the "MEM" key in the "time" area to
save the inputs given to the first basic
period. Then go to the second period.
4. Set the inputs of the second period:

CORE TEMPERATURE
STEAM PERCENTAGE
HUMIDITY DRAWING
FANS STOP
5. Press the "MEM" key to save the inputs of
the second period and go to the third.
6. Set the input of the third period:

FANS STOP
7. Press the "MEM" key in the "time" area to
save the inputs of the third period and go to
the fourth.
8. Set the inputs of the fourth period:

After you set all the inputs related to the four
periods, keep pressed the "MEM PROG" key
at least for 5 seconds: the oven will beep to
confirm the program has been saved.
FLAME RE-EQUIPMENT
Under the control panel you find a pilot light,
that signals the stoppage of the oven, and the
key to re-equip the flame.
The stoppage light signals when the flame
turns out: in this case, push the re-equipment
key to re-equip the flame.
COMMUNICATION WITH THE "EXTERNAL"
WORLD
The oven is provided of a serial gate to com-
municate with the "external" world ( for exam-
ple a PC, a pocket PC, etc.)
This gate allows you to: insert cooking pro-
grams, change some inputs in the way of
working of the oven.
The serial gate is located on the right lower
part of the oven (if you look at the oven from the
front), below the digital control panel.
CLEANING
WARNING:
Before starting any maintenance or clea-
ning operation it is necessary to disconnect
the electrical power supply and wait for the
appliance to cool down.
