Operation check

Start-up the appliance following the user
instructions. Verify the seal of the appliance.
Control the production of the flames, their igni-
tion and their aspect through the three holes
you find behind the drip tray.

Suggestion for the end user
The technician that installs the oven must
instruct the end user about the fundamental
aspects of the oven security using the infor-
mation given in the "User Manual" supplied
with the appliance. Every operation of extraor-
dinary maintenance (substitution of a broken
component, change of gas) must be done by
qualified personnel, with
all the necessary professional qualifications; at
the end of the operations a new general con-
trol of the oven functionality is required. For this
reason, we suggest you to sign a maintenance
contract so that you can get your appliance
controlled, especially in the gas and electric
connections, at least twice a year.
The end user only has to provide to the use
and to the daily cleaning of the appliance.

Start-up the appliance using the following
instructions.
During first start-up, take care that the oven
could stop all of a sudden. For this reason,
you should insist on the re-equipment key
(grey key you find on the front control panel)
so that the air you have inside the circuit can
be expelled.
Once you have starter the oven, control the
presence of the flame through the hole you
find on the front panel, below the door.
Explain to the end user how the appliance
works and how to operate it with the help of
the user manual.
If the flame keeps turning off once the ignition
spark is finished, even after several trials, reverse
the phase with the neutral of the plug (take off
the plug, rotate it of 180" and plug it back in).
II. INSTRUCTIONS FOR
THE USER
WARNING:
The appliance cannot be cleaned with a jet of
water.
Never wash the cooking chamber with acids
or aggressive detergents. Use only water and
soap. The appliance is made for a specific pro-
fessional use and must be used by qualified
personnel only.
Always remember to close water and gas
supply and to disconnect the electrical power
supply at the end of the working days and
especially in case of long lasting inactivity of
the oven. Air constantly the room in which the
appliance is installed.
